- No refunds for missed classes due to student absence

- Private lessons: 30, 60, or 90-minute sessions based on your package
- Classes start and end at scheduled times; late arrivals cannot extend class duration
Rescheduling Policy

- Reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled class without penalty
- Requests within 24 hours may forfeit the session
- Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability
Group Classes
- Fixed schedule cannot be rescheduled for individual students
- Missed group classes cannot be made up individually

Instructor Cancellations
If your instructor must cancel a class:
- You will receive notification as soon as possible
- Makeup class will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time
- For private lessons, the missed session will be credited to your account
- No charges apply for instructor-initiated cancellations
Technical Difficulties
- Students experiencing technical issues should contact support immediately
- Classes will not be rescheduled for minor technical difficulties on the student’s end
